Below you can find excerpt from the chairman S. Gross press release about arrest of John Roland.



Mr. John Roland did not escalate the incident. He peacefully came and was present on the campus to observe the Dedication of the General Haller Monument, and he was not soliciting for funds at this time.
This was an employee of Orchard Lake who called the Police. 
This was nothing else than Retaliation.

John Roland was reaching to Polonia to make Regents Transparent and Accountable for their Actions and this is a reason for RETALIATION.

The above excerpt is stating: "Accordingly, we will ask that any potential legal charges against him be dropped"

Please see the future tense used in the above statement: "we will ask".
This is nothing else then giving the false hopes to the reader, and if the reader is not persistant enough, he or she will not check if indeed they dropped the charges in the future. 
Is this a LIE, FAKE TRUTH, or MANIPULATION???

The truth is as follows: 

The Board of Regents has not dropped the charge of "tresspassing" and John Roland, after pleading “not guilty” goes to court.

As we have already mentioned, he faces a prison
sentence of up to one year under the law in the State of Michigan.

This is how lifetime donors are treated by OLS!

Let's hope that Polonia will stay with him, will
support him, and the truth of what is going on in OLS will be revealed in court.

The above excerpt is also stating: "We  ask that you join us in forgivness and pray that such incidents do not happen again"

This sounds ironically, they first stipulate dropping the legal charges, they do not follow up with their commitment, than asking for forgiveness and prayers. 

Regents, do you know what forgiveness and prayers are???

Than go over every detail and analyze it yourself.
