Sweet Briar again named among nation’s most innovative schools by U.S. News & World Report in 2020.

In 2015 Regents of Sweet Briar College decided about closing of this school due to the difficulties with managing this institution.
Alumni of the College said NO, and took this matter to the court.
The case ended with mediation in the court system.
As a result, the whole Board of Sweet Briar College quit, and new Board was created.
Today it is a very well-functioning school with a bright future and exemplary transparency.
The fundamental question in this case analysis, you should be able to answere is:
WERE THE REGENTS OF THIS INSTITUTION BEHAVING LIKE "PESTS"???
ARE THE ORCHARD LAKE SCHOOLS REGENTS “PESTS” TO OUR INSTITUTION TOO???
